The mechanical hardware a machine sits on and runs with, plus anything made to your own drawing. Levelling pads and custom precision parts today, with more lines added as range and lead times are confirmed.
If it has a standard, we specify it. If it only exists on your drawing, we review it. Send whichever you have and we will tell you which route it takes.
Send Your RequirementTwo lines, growing
Not fluid power. This family covers the mechanical hardware that supports, mounts and transmits, plus anything made to your own drawing. It is where new lines will land as our supply base is confirmed.
01Levelling PadsAnti-vibration mounts, wedge mounts and levelling feet that hold a machine level on an imperfect floor and keep its vibration out of the slab.Explore Levelling Pads →
02Custom Precision PartsMachined, turned, formed and fabricated parts made to your drawing or sample, with drawing review, prototyping and tooling handled end to end.Explore Custom Parts →How this family works
These two lines answer different questions, and it is worth knowing which one you are asking before you send an enquiry.
If the part has a standard
Levelling pads are specified, not designed. Tell us load per mount, thread size and type, the height you need to make up and what fluids are present at floor level, and we quote against that. Worth knowing: no ISO, EN or IS standard governs how a levelling mount is load-rated, so every figure in the category is manufacturer-declared. We will tell you who declared it.
If the part only exists on your drawing
Custom precision parts start with a drawing review, because most quoting delays are ambiguity rather than capacity. You get a clear yes, a yes with the changes it would need, or an honest no. Prototype first, tooling second, production third. We do not skip the first article.
What we are, and are not
We supply and coordinate manufacture through a supplier partner who handles technical review, prototyping and die creation. We are not the factory and will not pretend to be. What we are accountable for is the specification being right, the process moving, and you getting a straight answer at every stage.
This family is deliberately small for now. Two lines, both live, both real. More will be added as we confirm range and lead times with the supplier rather than listing things we have not yet stood behind.
Machine Components & Custom Parts
Either way you get a straight answer: what we can support, what it would need, or an honest no with a pointer to someone who can.
